Service Description
A Loominal Digital Session is a 30-minute personalized session delivered as a recording rather than a live meeting. You will select a date/time for us to create your recording, share the area of life or specific question you would like to explore, and choose the offering you would like us to use (i.e. Astrology, Tarot, Hypnosis/EFT, etc.). We will review your submission and create a customized video and/or audio recording with reflections, insights, and suggested next steps. Your completed session will be delivered to you via email within 7–10 business days after the scheduled date and the intake documents have been submitted. **After booking, you will receive an email from The Loominal titled "Session Intake Packet". These must be completed before your session. If the documents are not completed, the service cannot be provided.**
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice from the date and time selected for your recording. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances at our discretion. Intake Forms Completion of intake documents is required for your session. If intake forms are not submitted, the service cannot be provided. Refund Policy Refunds are not available once a session or recording has been delivered, except in cases of technical error or failure to provide the agreed-upon service. Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as each session reserves dedicated time and energy and is created individually. If you believe something fell short of what was agreed, please contact us—we will do our best to make it right.
