1. Scope of Services
The Loominal offers exploratory, reflective services including astrology, tarot, symbolic ritual, hypnotherapy (pre-recorded), emotional freedom techniques (EFT/tapping), manifestation coaching, and creative consulting. These services are designed for personal insight and intentional change.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. Clients under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Booking & Payment

Payment is due in full prior to the start of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be non-refundable.

Refunds are only provided in cases of technical error or failure to deliver the agreed service. Dissatisfaction with outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
4. Confidentiality
Information shared in sessions or intake forms is kept confidential, with exceptions as required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, court order). For more details, please review our Privacy Policy and Client Agreement Packet.
5. Intellectual Property
All original materials provided by The Loominal—including but not limited to custom hypnosis recordings, written prompts, rituals, symbolic processes, session frameworks, and recorded audio—are the intellectual property of The Loominal.
These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
By using this website and engaging in services, you acknowledge that:
